
A recent study of 60 million consumers, the monthly magazine of the National Institute for Consumer Affairs (INC), denounced the bills sales offers mobile internet supposedly.
Similarly, the 2008 survey of complaints of the French association of users of telecom showed that complaints about the bills had increased by 32.6% year on year, partly because customers were not aware that any n was not included in their package of mobile internet.
